Training Manager
THE GOAL
This role is all about improving the quality of operational excellence in the business through training initiatives that support our Franchise Partners and KellyDeli teams. This role is responsible for training initiatives that impacts all the countries we operate in.
This is a 18 month fixed term contract.
WHAT YOU DO
- Develop and Lead Training Initiatives: Design and implement training programs that empower our Partners to achieve operational excellence and boost sales.
- Ensure High-Quality Partner Induction: Oversee the delivery of Partner induction programs across our markets, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
- Support Induction Tools: Provide our markets with the necessary tools to deliver exceptional induction experiences and comprehensive training for our Partners.
- Monitor and Report on Induction Processes: Track the effectiveness of Partner induction programs and report on key metrics to measure impact.
- Drive eLearning Compliance: Ensure compliance with eLearning requirements and provide monthly progress reports.
- Create and Deliver Learning Journeys: Develop and facilitate Partner learning journeys focused on commerciality, sales, standards, and quality.
- Address Bespoke Training Requests: Respond to and deliver customized training requests from local or functional leaders.
- Support International Teams: Assist teams in other countries to ensure the successful implementation of key training programs.
- Develop Operational Expertise: Create training that equips our teams with the expertise needed to stay connected to the business.
- Design Training Programs: Develop training initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Create eLearning Content: Produce relevant eLearning content to support training programs.
- Coordinate Training Sessions: Provide coordination support for training sessions led by the Group Training Manager.
- Report Training Metrics: Generate monthly training metric reports for company meetings.
- Collaborate with Group Training Manager: Work closely with the Group Training Manager to support and enhance training efforts.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced in design, creation and delivery of operational training within retail or hospitality
- Experience of working collaboratively with different departments or countries to deliver training that delivers an impact
- Fluent in English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and inspire teams
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good organization skills
- Familiar with elearning technology
