Mexico Country Manager
THE GOAL
Lead and build on the continued success of the Mexico subsidiary of KellyDeli, being fully
accountable for the country business results and the Franchisee, Customer and People experiences.
Maintaining strong relationships with current and new retailers and other Key Accounts through delivery of positive LFL sales growth and the delivery of consistently excellence Kiosk standards.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reporting to: Country Manager – Iberia.
Direct reports: 3 direct reports + coordinating the Marketing Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
General Management
- The Country Manager is accountable for high-level deliverables such as sales, profit, annual budgeting process, quality and food safety, and legal and labour compliance.
- Hold full P&L responsibility for the country and spearhead the development and
implementation of the strategic and operational plans, with accountability for the
achievement of short- and long-term objectives.
People
- You will lead, manage and develop a team of highly talented individuals to deliver results in accordance with our Company Values.
- Work with the central marketing team to communicate your country needs for marketing activity. Implement central marketing strategic activity successful and with rigour ensuring all partners participate. Positively promote your country through local media according to marketing guidelines and take a lead in any crisis communications that pertain to your country.
Partners/Franchisees
- You will lead, motivate and inspire the franchisees. You will find sufficient Partners to deliver our opening plans in time to receive a minimum four-week induction period and will ensure a smooth and successful openings process.
- Ensure that Partners achieve over 85% in quality audits, dealing with poor performance in a structure and fair way but ensuring no risk to the consumer from the products that are sold.
Retailers and Customers
- Participate in business reviews with the retailers and business development and deliver according to agreed plan.
- Collate insight to consumer experience and actively drive customer engagement and CNPS.
Financial Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L and overall budget for Country.
- Adjust costs to reflect sales volumes and operate according to budget.
- Regularly conduct competitor analysis to understand opportunities for competitive
advantage and make recommendations for new business opportunities.

- Knowledge of operating in the local market and speaks the local language (Spanish and English is essential).
