Quality Advisor
THE GOAL
The Quality Advisor (QA) role monitors, maintains and continuously improves overall product quality
and food safety standards across all KellyDeli kiosks. The role focuses on conducting audits, identifying risks, improvement opportunities, developing and following up on corrective action plans. QA supports kiosk teams to consistently meet company, legal and standards across all Kellydeli brands and concepts.
You will act as a vital link between kiosk operations and the central Quality function, contributing to both local and cross-country initiatives.

Department: Quality
Reporting to: Quality Manager of the Country
Direct Reports: None
Key External and Internal Relationships: Kiosk Teams, Partners, External Auditing/Lab Partners,
Retailers, Local Authorities, UK Head Office Team, UK Local Quality Team & Cross Country Team.
ROLE CONTEXT
Level of autonomy: High level of independence in planning and managing the weekly and monthly audit schedules while working towards agreed quality objectives.
Constraints: Flexible working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends depending on operational needs.
Resources: Access to Templates, Audit App, Reporting Tools, Historical data.
Targets: Weekly audits to be carried out. Consistently improve quality across our kiosks.
Travel: Extensive country-wide travel to kiosks. Occasional European travel may be required.
WHAT THEY DO (Key Responsibilities)
Audits & Compliance
• Conduct regular, planned and ad‑hoc audits across all kiosks and suppliers covering hygiene, food safety, health & safety and quality standards.
• Support document management, audit calibration, validation, and continuous improvement of QA tools, systems, and methodologies including control of quality and food safety records.
• Deliver detailed audit reports identifying non‑compliance, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Implement and follow up on corrective action plans and food safety strategies.
• Monitor compliance with HACCP plans, internal standards and relevant food safety legislation.
• Issue formal food safety communications including letters of reminder and legal notices following food safety non-compliances, in line with internal escalation processes.
Training & Field Support
• Provide hands‑on field support and coaching to Partners & Kiosk teams regarding food safety best practices.
• Deliver theoretical and practical food safety training to Partners, Kiosk staff and Managers.
• Build long-lasting business relationships with Partners, Kiosk staff and Managers.
• Collaborate with Training Centres for training development, planning, coordination, and delivery.
Analysis, Reporting & Liaison
• Analyse audit results, identify trends, recurring issues and high‑risk areas.
• Conduct and review microbiological testing results and support follow‑up actions.
• Prepare quality performance summaries, KPIs update for Quality Manager and stakeholders.
• Support investigations & address issues related to non‑compliance, incidents and customer complaints/queries linked to food safety and quality standards.
• Participate in internal review meetings to discuss and address any food safety/quality topics.
Continuous Improvement & Projects
• Manage the accuracy and calibration of equipment (e.g. thermometers, weighing scales), including coordination of internal and external verification.
• Advise business on potential impacts of food safety legislation updates, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to HACCP management, food safety governance and ongoing review of risk assessments.
• Contribute to the development and review of quality standards related to ingredients, suppliers, equipment, hygiene and operational practices.
• Provide quality input to new concepts, marketing campaigns, and operational changes.
WHO THEY ARE (Skills, Experience & Qualifications)
• Experience: Previous experience in quality, food safety, or audit role in F&B, hospitality, or food
production.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the country.
• Education: Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent qualification in food safety, food
science, or related discipline.
• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety legislation.
• Communication: Confident communicator able to influence, coach, and challenge when
standards are not met.
• Mindset: Analytical problem solver with ability to think outside the box, resilient and
professional under pressure & comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Advantages: Knowledge of Asian cuisine/culture and additional languages are distinct assets.
