WHAT YOU DO
Responsibilities
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Prepare and cook traditional and modern Korean dishes to Onggi standards
Manage ingredient knowledge, preparation, and storage of Korean-specific produce
Ensure consistent quality
Provide a warm, engaging customer experience - every customer should leave with a smile
Help maintain a clean, efficient workspace and complete all required documentation
Support and guide new team members, sharing your knowledge of both food and brand
Adapt to a fast-paced, launch-phase environment, contributing ideas and solutions as the brand grows
