Supply Chain Manager
THE GOAL
Reporting to the Country Manager France, in charge of the Local Supply Chain. It’s the relay of the Central European Purchasing Team for implementing the supply chain strategy at the local level and supporting our Operations in management with the logistic providers, ensuring our Point of Sales receive the highest level of service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Daily follow-up on the operational management of our local distributors or 3PL and control their service level to our network.
Manage with the 3PL and suppliers in terms of orders, stock control, and any decisions affecting product availability and pricing implementation to kiosks.
Managing all local suppliers, with the support of the Central Team, you may have to source products for local market (local marketing campaign, new concept, …) and also services, such as the negotiation of a distribution markup for food and non food SKUs, local contractors, kiosk builders and coordinate it with the local Key Account Manager.
Working with the Local Team the introduction of new Ingredients and new Grocery products to our kiosks, contributing actively in making it a successful launch.
Acting as the Supply Chain point of contact for local team: update all Supply documents, provide local training on related processes, coordinate communication to Local team and to the network about any news related to Supply Chain, establish local forecast estimation, coordinate kiosk openings.
Providing Purchasing & Logistics data collection, market monitoring and benchmarking (cost of purchasing, Grocery products sales), for reporting to Central Team.
Problem solving (support for partners, source local backup products if necessary, follow-up claims from partners, etc).
Update quality system (Kaizen) assure pots and adjuster are at break even (not only staci but Stef, fish..)
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree or an equivalent level of industry experience.
You have experience in a similar position, ideally in a logistics/supply chain role.
Autonomous, problem-solving oriented, hands-on approach, good interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills, you have an entrepreneurial spirit, curiosity, and are able to think out of the box.
Fluent in French & English (both spoken and written).
You have good numerical skills and management of Excel as a spreadsheet and database tool knowledge, analytical skills. You are reliable and efficient with meticulous attention to detail.
You take initiative to improve things and you have a strong hands-on mentality
